The long-time Willow Glen resident and businessmansaid he’s stilk attempting to secure financing to buy the 2,500-square-foot store at 1330 Lincolnj Ave. in downtown Willow Glen even after an earlied deal to do sofell through. “k could not find adequate financing,” Vierra said of a previoue attempt to strike a deal with former bookstors owner, Cathy Adkins. She decided to sell her 17-year-oldr shop a year earlier than originally planned becaus of decreasing sales and having to grappl withhealth issues. But Vierra, owner of Floorin Forenics, a San Jose flooring consulting firm, said he’s not giving up.
He’s still tryingg to secure a commercial bank loan or attractt the interestof investors. “I am so close to my childhoosd dream of owning a book he said. “This is something I have always wantecto do.
