To prepare their truck stops will seek bids from TSEtechnologyu vendors. Truck stops may requestt up to 100percent funding, although adding matching dollars will strengthen their application.
Grant selection criteriaw will include thetruck stop's proximity to areas with large volumea of diesel trucks, cost-effectiveness in termx of average cost per TSE parking the match (if any) provided by the amenities offered by the truck stop to attract the quality of the truck stop marketing willingness to establish idle-free zoned at the truck and ease of access from the interstate.
