Sectorsd that will suffer the most are projected to be officse andretail construction.
The credit crisiws has had a dramatic impact on construction since financing hasbecome difficult, developers have put on hold or killerd construction projects. For those projects that do go developers will experience a decline in the cost since pricesa have dropped for keyconstruction commodities, including steel, gypsukm products, lumber and cement.
