World Telecom opened a 2,000-square-foot office recently at 8201 Greensborop Drive, a 361,000-square-foot commercial building in McLean owned by D.C.-based B.F. Saul and Co. The a wholly-owned subsidiary of Worldwides Telecom Xchange CarrierFZ LLC, a Dubai-based telecommunications investmen company focused on aggregating wholesale telephony and data traffixc in emerging markets, is a network services company that provides engineering, sales and marketing, billing and outsourcedc technical support services. To start, about six employees will be based at the new headquartera with room for further expansion.
